Claude Chagnon |

Claude Chagnon holds a degree in Business Administration from École des Hautes Études Commerciales in Montreal and a Law degree from the Université de Montréal. For over 20 years, he worked for Groupe Vidéotron, going on to become the company's President and CEO. An integrated communications company, Groupe Vidéotron has affiliates in cable television, telecommunications, Internet services, television production, television broadcasting, e-commerce and remote monitoring, in addition to owning the largest chain of video rental stores in Quebec. Chagnon is currently Chairman and CEO of North American Spring Water Inc., a company whose mission is to acquire a major volume of natural water sources for resale to major world bottlers. Chagnon brings with him a vast and diversified business network, in addition to tried and proven knowledge in the area of business management and development. |

Pierre Bélanger |
President and Secretary |
Pierre Bélanger has degrees in Electrical Engineering (Royal Military College of Kingston), Business Administration (MBA, McGill University) and Business Law (Université de Montréal). He worked for over 20 years in the telecommunications sector of the high-tech industry at Bell Canada, Stentor and Groupe Vidéotron. He has held executive management positions in engineering, computer science, marketing, sales and service, for consumer, business and provincial and federal government markets. Bélanger is a seasoned manager and entrepreneur with considerable experience in business start-ups and the marketing of technological products and services, and has served as an advisor to universities in Quebec. He joined DAGUA and became the President of the company in February 2002. Since then, Bélanger's diversified expertise in the area of business development and corporate management has made DAGUA a highly credible player in the industry. |

Maurice Lacasse |
Founder, Director and Vice-President - Technology and Development |
Maurice Lacasse was trained as an Aeronautical Engineer at the Ryerson Polytechnical Institute in Toronto. As the founder of DAGUA, he moulded the company into the thriving business it is today. Lacasse is a top-flight inventor and entrepreneur. He has developed and patented a variety of technical products in various industries, including recreational transportation, construction, and environmental sciences. Since 1970, he has founded and resold companies in sectors ranging from recreational vehicles to prefabricated buildings. Lacasse got interested in ozone water treatment in the early 1990s, with the goal of developing high-impact technologies for international communities. Using his exceptional versatility in applied R&D, he has since developed and marketed various recreational, agricultural, and residential water treatment installations. Lacasse has provided DAGUA with unmatched innovative know-how in water science and treatment techniques. He is currently DAGUA's Vice-President of Technology and directs all of the company's technological development activities. |

Christian Chagnon |

Christian Chagnon holds a Computer Science (B.Sc.A.) degree from the Université du Québec à Montréal and a degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Université Laval. He is the managing partner and co-founder of IUGO Ventures, founded in 2000 and specializing in private investment ventures involving the development of new technologies. Chagnon was Senior Vice-President, Strategic Planning and Technology at Groupe Vidéotron Ltd. Since 1998, he has served concurrently as the financial advisor for Sojecci Ltd., the Chagnon family holding company, handling investments in risk capital funds in North America and Europe. He sits on the boards of several privately held companies, the Fondation de l'Hôpital Sainte-Justine and the Institut de recherche Hexagram. In addition to his outstanding acumen as a corporate administrator, Chagnon brings to Dagua leading-edge business expertise and a matchless network of international financial contacts. |

Jean-Luc Landry |

Jean-Luc Landry holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Ottawa. He has been working in Montreal's finance sector since the early 1970s, first as an economist, then as a portfolio manager and an executive officer at a major portfolio management company. Landry was President and CEO of Bolton Tremblay Inc. and Montrusco Bolton.
In 2002, he launched Laundry Morin, a portfolio management firm in which he is still active. Laundry has also served as President of the Association des conseillers financiers du Québec and of the Association des économistes québécois. He regularly publishes articles and opinion pieces in various finance and business publications in Quebec. Landry's extensive knowledge regarding the inner workings of the financial community in Quebec and the rest of Canada has been a priceless asset to DAGUA. |

Michel Bourbeau |

Michel Bourbeau holds a Civil Engineering degree from the Université de Sherbrooke. He spent 30 years in the engineering consulting field. Between 1970 and 1998, he worked for Groupe HBA, first as Director, Municipal Engineering, then as Vice-President, Engineering and finally as Chief Operations Officer. Concurrently, he was in charge of international business development for Experco Ltd., the international arm of Group HBA . Bourbeau was active in project development and project financing ("BOT", "BOOT") in international arenas, representing and/or implementing municipal and rural infrastructure projects in 75 countries. Since 1999, Bourbeau has been very active in company management. He sits on the board of Lab-Bell Inc. and AS Composite Inc. Experienced and trilingual, he still participates in international business development, either as a member or leader of missions benefiting various international development agencies. Bourbeau joined the Dagua board in June 2005. He brings to Dagua in-depth management experience in both engineering consulting and international business development and marketing. |
